چکیده

Metal-incorporated SAPO-34 catalysts were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. Effects of various parameters including the types metal ions, Cu2+ sources, structure directing agents (SDAs), temperature and time on catalyst activity metal-incorporated investigated. Three (Cu/SAPO-34, Fe/SAPO-34 Mn/SAPO-34) successfully obtained. Compared with Mn/SAPO-34 catalysts, Cu/SAPO-34 revealed complete cubic-like microstructure, wide active window high conversion rate in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) nitric oxide. After defined was favorable site catalyst, effects four sources SCR performance further investigated, found did not produce significant influence oxide rates. SDAs determined formation adopting tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) as SDA could maintain higher crystal integrity sites, which favor reaction. Moreover, had great influences catalyst. The selective catalytic reduction of NO over Ce0.3TiOx-supported metal oxide catalysts.

A Ce0.3TiOx oxide carrier was synthesized via a sol-gel process, and Ce0.3TiOx supported metal (M=Cd, Mn, Fe, W, Mo) oxide catalysts were prepared by the method of incipient-wetness impregnation. The catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transfor...

Preparation of Mn-Based Selective Catalytic Reduction Catalysts by Three Methods and Optimization of Process Conditions

Mn-based catalysts enable high NO x conversion in the selective catalytic reduction of NO x with NH3. Three catalyst-production methods, namely, co-precipitation, impregnation, and sol-gel, were used in this study to determine the optimum method and parameters. The maximum catalytic activity was found for the catalyst prepared by sol-gel with a 0.5 Mn/Ti ratio. The denitrification efficiency us...
